can learn, grow, build lasting friendships,
and discover their potential.

A Note from Michelle
When you become a parent for the first time, everyone tells you not to blink because that first year
will fly by. The same can be said for your first year as CEO. Like my first year as a parent, this past
year has been filled with moments of uncertainty, a few stumbles and falls, joyful laughter, growing
pains, and exciting firsts. Through it all, I have learned, grown, and been inspired by the incredible
people who make our mission possible.
I am deeply grateful to our staff, Board of Directors, supporters, and friends for their dedication,
hard work, and unwavering support throughout the year. Together, we have accomplished so
much. New and expanded partnerships are allowing us to serve more young people and create
new opportunities for them to learn, grow, and thrive. New revenue streams are strengthening our
financial foundation and positioning us for long-term sustainability. Most importantly, we are
making a meaningful difference in the lives of the young people and families who count on us
every day.
While there is still important work ahead, we are well on our way to achieving our strategic vision:
to be San Diego County's leading youth development organization, recognized for measurable
results, collaborative partnerships, and strong community visibility. With your continued support,
the Club will continue to grow, innovate, and deepen its impact for generations to come.
